Pinot
has quite a story that comes with him. I did not want another cat. I
already had two, a calico and a tabby. My tabby was a stray also. I live in
the country and found Pinot on my carport one night. He was very sick, and I
couldn't turn him away. When I found him, I gave him some food and water which
he was very thankful for. He was hobbling on one of his legs. I took him to
the vet and after an expensive bill; the vet said he had an infection from a
bite which was starting to travel down his leg.
Well... as they say... the rest is history! I now have a three-cat
household, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Pinot has made my other
two cats be more loving because they all want my attention, more than the
older two did before he came along. People ask where I got him, and think
he's an expensive cat from a fancy breeder - but no, that's just not true.
Pinot has adopted me; I didn't adopt him.
