Buffy, the Cat of the Day
Name: Buffy
Age: Three year old
Gender: Female
Kind: Domestic Long Hair
Home: Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA

Buffy is a calico/tortie who lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia with her two tortie sisters and tuxedo brother. Buffy appeared on her mother's back deck when she was five weeks old.

Buffy is special because her face is perfectly half orange and half grey tabby and the colors of her front legs are opposite her face.

Buffy accidently got out in the garage two years ago and hid on the motor mount of the car. Buffy rode out of her subdivision and out onto the highway where she fell out on the road but no one knew where she went after that. Flyers were handed out to everyone in that area and five weeks later a seven-year-old boy named Jacob saw Buffy lying in the sun and remembered the distinctive half and half face on the flyer. Jacob could not remember the telephone number on the flyer, so he and his family went to Buffy's subdivision and knocked on several doors until they found our house. Buffy was captured about 4 days later with a live trap in a storm drain. Buffy did not have a mark on her, she was just hungry, dirty and tired. Buffy has been very happy and healthy at home ever since. Jacob is very special to Buffy's family because of his kindness. She has not had any such adventures since then, and instead is happy at home!

Buffy is a true Diva Cat and would love to be honored.
