Hi
there! My name is Ozzy and I'm the toughest cat that's ever been. Here are
my pictures.
Anyway, did I mention how tough I am? To start off, I had to survive that
shelter in Illinois. I did my best to show off and whip all the other kittens
there and sure enough it worked, because my people picked me. I remember when
they came back to take me home the next day. The guy at the desk said, "Oh,
that one!" and rolled big eyes. I already had a reputation.
When I got to my new home I had to train the two older cats and show them who
was boss. I soon earned the nickname, "Little Man." Training the older cats
took a while, and they still need a refresher now and then.
I'm tough like nails, you know, and I've got the scars to prove it. On my
belly I've got one about 4" long. I ate the drawstring out of a pair of
sweatpants and, um, that didn't turn out so well. Actually it was a rather
painful ordeal. But I wear the scar like a badge and it's good for reminding
the other cats just who is tougher.
I love to play in water and I like to explore. There are few places I can't
reach. I enjoy the outdoors too. I especially love the snow. But I never get
to venture beyond the deck. I'm told there's no limit to the trouble I could
find. I figure my hunting expertise is just too dominant for the environment
to withstand. I used to pluck little birds from the railing with remarkable
proficiency. I got tired of getting yelled at so I've cut back on that a bit.
But if I wanted I would eventually have them all.
Now I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Mom says I'm her lovey-dovey
little snuggle bug, and I am. I wouldn't want that getting around though, so
let's forget I said anything.
Basically, that's my story. I could tell you more but this is starting to
bore me and I've got a lot to do. But first I think a nap may be in order. I
wonder which one I'll have to kick out of my napping spot today? It never
ends.
