Elvis
is a blue Devon Rex, living in Glasgow, Scotland and is a very handsome
boy indeed. His first birthday was yesterday, the 23rd of June.
Elvis loves to play and likes nothing better than to race from one end of our
flat to the other. His favorite toy is Colonel Parker the cat sized cuddly
rat who Elvis likes to pulverize at least once a day. He is also fond of
"fetch" - his favorite is to retrieve a rolled up sweetie paper (without any
training - our cat is a genius!!).
He has recently discovered a talent for climbing and our laundry is suffering
as a result of his new obsession with climbing up and perching on top of our
washing horse (when he gets to the top he always looks very satisfied with
himself).
As I type this he is sitting right in front of the TV watching a nature
program with great interest (especially the parts with birds). Like the real
Elvis, he is one of a kind!
