Little One
is a very special cat. He came to us just a few weeks after we lost
our russian blue who was with us for twelve years. Little One was so small you
could hold him in one hand. He started coming up on our front porch and my
husband started feeding him. We won't let an animal go hungry. The weather was
supposed to get real cold and we knew he would freeze to death if he stayed
outside, so lo and behold he wound up in the house. He sure didn't care much
for the bath he had to have, though, and loudly let us know it.
He loves to lay in my husband's lap and his favorite place to sleep is in the
bathroom sink, so we don't get to use the sink much. He is really picky about
the food he eats and his litter, it has to be a certain kind or you can forget
it. He is spoiled rotten, but who cares, that is what animals are for.
We got him a younger brother to play with, they love each other but they are
also jealous of each other. We think he is special for he has so much love to
give and he helped us in our time of sorrow. He has brought us a lot of
happiness and we hope to have him a long time.
