My
cat's name is Daisy. She is special because
1) When she was a kitten she was so picky that she wouldn't eat her dry food
that the Humane society told us to feed her or drink water so she
almost starved herself. Now she only eats canned food and we secretly add some
water in there. Her favorite is turkey and cheese.
2) Daisy loves butter and cheese. If we accidentally leave it out she will
pig-out on it. One time we left butter out, and found giant teeth marks in it.
3) She is terrified of everything and anything! It took her a couple of months
to get used to all of my friends. As soon as she hears somebody coming down
the driveway she growls and runs like there's no tomorrow. She kinda makes a
good guard kitty.
4) She is great with kids and the elderly, once she gets to know them.
My little cousin, age five, comes and always wants to feed her after she finds
her under our beds. Daisy lets her pet her. When my old aunt, age 97, used to live with
us, Daisy would always go down and sit on her couch with her and watch
old soap operas.
5) Daisy is very mischievous. My dad had to make screens to fit in some of the
doorways so that Daisy couldn't get in to my grandma's room and jump on her bed
and bite her feet at 3 am. One week I found Daisy under my Christmas tree
eating pine needles. The next day i found a icky present on my floor with a
bunch of fake pine needles in it. Gross!
But she is my Daisy and I love her!
