Hello
everyone in the cat world. My name is Sam, also known as Sammy boy,
Sam the man and Samuel. Two years ago I got lost from my mother cat. It
was pouring rain and I found shelter in a basement window frame. I was
crying because I was wet and cold. This lady heard me through the rainfall
and took me in. She dried me off and warmed me up. I was just a baby of
four weeks old.
After attempts to find out where I came from with no success, the nice
lady took me to the doctor and I checked out all healthy! The nice lady
became my new human Mom. I also was adopted by five other older girl cats.
Mom calls them my sisters. I call them my harem. The girls taught me a
lot, like how to clean myself, play, eat solid food and how to use litter
box.
When I visited my human grandmother she and grandpa fell in love with me.
Grandma rocked me and sang to me. I heard her tell Mom she wanted to keep
me for herself but my Mom said no. I was her handsome Sammy boy and I went
home with my Mom.
I love my Mom. I cuddle with her while watching TV. I sleep on the pillow
next to Mom and wrap my paws around her hand. She says I do it comfort
her, but I just love being with my Mom.
My Mom thinks I really came from a family of dogs because my favorite
pastime is playing fetch with Mom with my toy mouse and toy skunk. Mom
tries to outsmart me by hiding my mouse in a drawer to get a break from
playing but I outsmart her by going and getting another mouse to play
fetch.
I'm no longer the youngest in the house but I'm still the only boy. Whoo
Hoo. Mom foster/adopted two more girl kitties. Mischief is my shadow. I'm
teaching her the ropes now.
I love my home. I get all I can eat, and beds, condos and toys all over to
sleep in and play with.
I love my Sammy Boy. He is so handsome and loveable!! I'm thankful I
heard/found him that in the rain. He was so tiny and wet. He has bought so
much joy and love into my family. He is truly a Special Little Guy!
