This
is Frackie, short for Fracture. Frackie lives in Central Massachusetts
and her name was given to her after I nearly hit her with my car six years
ago. Luckily, I stopped just in time and scooped her stray self up!
Unluckily for my husband, it was at about the same time that he suffered a
fractured nose in a rugby match! After a trip to the hospital for my husband,
and the coincidence that this cat nearly escaped a total body fracture, the
name stuck!
Whether Frackie is laying comfortably in the bathroom sink, or inside a board
game box, she enjoys making us laugh! She is also a great traveler - she is
the first cat in our family to have made a successful cross-country trip in
the front seat of a U-Haul truck! She inexplicably loves to eat paper, namely
our mail - important or not, and chase her sister Sophie around the house. We
love her so very much and are fortunate to have her in our lives.
She sure did love the tasty carrot her cousin Tippy Cat gave her! Frackie
learn to walk on a leash and begs to go outside for walks every day! When
her human friends are too busy to take her out, she watches the squirrels and
birds from her window seat. Frackie has brought so much happiness to all who
know her, we are too lucky!
