Hello!
I'm Pumpkin, mostly known as Pie. When daddy's cross with me I'm
"monsieur!".
I chose my mum and dad in November 2007. At the grand age of about seven months,
I'd left home looking for something better (at least that's what mum says, she
doesn't like to imagine I was abandoned or thrown out...) and I found a
beautiful garden with several other furry chaps like me. So I waited in the
garden until my new mum found me! After checking I didn't "belong" to anyone
else, mum decided that I could stay (in fact, she walked all the way to the
vet's in the rain to collect me when she heard no-one had claimed me that
first day). I had one or two little tummy problems that the vet (I love
him!) sorted out and now I'm handsome, healthy, affectionate... and very
stripy! I also have a most impressive tail, rather like a racoon.
My favorite things are: chasing my sister who is twelve years old and doesn't
really want to play; fun and games outdoors with my brother, who's twice my
size and my role model; jumping on mum and dad in the middle of the night (I
especially like walking across the pillows and sitting by their heads with a
good loud purr). I also adore feet, especially my dad's, and settle down on
them for a nap whenever I can. I'm very talkative. My favorite treat is Greek
yoghurt. My special tricks are sleeping flat on my back showing my very
attractive golden tummy, and washing my ears and face with both paws at once,
my mum loves it when I do that. I am also a great hunter, and last summer I
caught a fish in the neighbor's pond. The only things I don't like are dogs,
thunderstorms and motorbikes, not necessarily in that order.
