Teddy
is our rescue cat who has unbelievable long whiskers! He is a
Maine Coon and has lovely dark fur with a lighter tummy which he will
show off every once in a while. He tends to be shy and hide a lot, must
be because of his previous life. He is very quite and when he talks you
really have to be listening or you would never here him. He takes care
of Violet, our other Maine Coon, and was at her side when she came home
from the vets after her long stay from eating a spool of thread. If
they are out of water or it is dirty, the other two cats send him to get
my attention and lead me into the room to show me the water dish. Then
he leads into the kitchen to the sink and jumps onto the counter and
paws the handle trying to turn it on himself. He will sun himself on
floor next to the window and watch the birds outside. He loves to play
with toys and will tolerate us holding him for about fifteen seconds. He
loves to be brushed. Sudden or loud noises will send him into hiding
again. We sure love him and would be lonesome with out him in our crew.
