My
cat's name is Bandit. I adopted him from Animal Aid (a no-kill animal
rescue group) at PetsMart in 2000. He has been a wonderful pet and he
loves me and my husband. Unfortunately he does not like kids and avoids
them for much of the day (we have four kids). We also adopted a Himalayan
named Cosmo about a year ago, and now they are the best of friends.
Bandit loves to sleep on anything that he finds laying on the floor, his
favorites are plastic grocery bags and clothes. He loves to chew on
plastic, such as the handles on the garbage bags, and the plastic grocery
bags. He also loves to eat and if his bowl gets empty and you don't refill
it right away, he will open the cabinet where it is kept and meow till you
feed him. It's pretty hard to ignore. We figure he must have been without
food prior to us finding him at the shelter.
We all love Bandit and hope that we will have many, many more years with him.
