This
is Vicomte d' Homeless, my two-year-old cat enjoying the morning sun,
as he loves to do! As he was abandoned by is previous human, we adopted
each other, so he is homeless no longer. I got Homeless from a shelter
in November 2006 to keep my other cat, Urso, company. As I went through
the shelter's website, I loved his picture because he coyly turned his
face from the camera!
Homeless was abandoned at the shelter by his previous human but I can't
imagine why! He is a sturdy and very masculine black cat with a shining
coat. He loves to play hide and seek with me around the house - he runs
away "chirping" and waits for me to find him, and we start it all again.
When I get home from the supermarket Homeless always inspects the
groceries looking for his favorite treat - ham!
Homeless hates the cold, hates to be hugged and hates the veterinarian.
He is a energetic wrestler who doesn't purr or meow - he only "chirps" -
and enjoys looking out of the window. He always sleeps on the left side
of the bed and asks to get under the covers on very cold nights - to
warm my feet, I'm sure!
