This
is Cassidy, our male orange tabby. He is one and a half years old and
lives and reigns over the house in Houston. He is special because he is
our mighty great hunter and protector - he loves to stalk, pounce upon and
then eat flies and cockroaches so we don't have to deal with them! We
never assigned him this role, he just saw a need and took it upon himself
to fill it. He really is quite a character, and fun to have around - when
he's not fulfilling his hunting duties, of course.
He also has apparently not heard the tale that cats dislike water, as
he always goes in the bath tub after anyone has been in the shower or
taken a bath. We don't know why he does this, and he's not telling. Oh,
the mysteries of having a cat around! He certainly keeps life
interesting, and the humans wondering!
