Hello!
My name is Shadow and I'm a totally black feline. I turned two
years old around May 23. I was tossed out as a kitten but I found a neat
home in Waupaca, Wisconsin. My owner's name is Sandy and she's just crazy
about me.
I was only about four months old when I went hunting for a new home. I
decided on a country home and waited near the basement door just begging
to get in. Sandy's grandchildren noticed me and carried me in, plopping me
down in front of two very large dogs that surprisingly have since come to
be my friends. Their names are Willie and Sadie.
I was carted to the vet's office that following week for a check-up from
head to toe. Outside of being very emaciated and having one tick embedded
in my coat, I was officially adopted and my new owners live on Shadow
Road. Hence, my name of Shadow! And that's what I've become... I follow
my owner Sandy from room to room, and I'm one of her best four-legged
buddies! She even lets me sleep with her.
Here I am on the kitchen table, occupying a Fleet Farm bag after one of
Sandy's many trips for more pet food, cat litter and toys : ) I'm no
longer allowed to go outside but I do sit by the patio door and
watch the birds feeding on the deck! It's great fun and life is good!
