This
is Abby (short for Abraham), he is the most adorable and precious
cat one could ever have as a pet. Abby is the kind of cat you can never
get tired of. From the day I adopted him from an old lady, who by the
way has too many cats, I became completely attached to him. He's always
been an intelligent cat, always full of life. As he grew up in my
neighborhood, he managed to gain respect from all the other male cats.
There were some harsh times, fights over territories, but Abby
immediately took over the land and also the "chicks" (there's a little
Casanova growing inside of him).
Besides his extremely active outdoor life, Abby loves lounging on the
sofa during the day, forgetting about his nocturnal quarrels with the
other cats. Abby is a cat you can never stop cuddling with as he is very
affectionate. Between lunch and a nap, he likes to pat at your door just
to crawl in your bed and sit beside you. He also enjoys being read to
just before a nap. At first he is quite interested in what you read, but
then he slightly loses interest and just crashes beside you.
At times he puts on a serious face wanting you to understand his
authority, that he wants to be left alone, but he always comes back in
need of a cuddle (the mischievous little thing!). I don't think a
cat that I owned has ever been loved as I love Abby.
