We
got our Gretal from the RSPCA where she was dumped with her three
kittens. We chose Gretal because of her shyness and also because of her
beautiful markings. After two years she is gradually coming round,
after giving her lots of love and attention (on her terms!), she
beginning to trust us. She enjoys napping with Winnie the Pooh - she is
a good English girl!
Gretal is coming up on being four years old. She loves to play with string
and power balls best of all. She is very secretive but also likes to be
around us. We don't try to force affection on her, rather let her choose
when she wants attention. We have a Clematis in our back garden which has
grown over a pagoda. She loves to climb into the Clemantis and go to sleep
in peace. Gretal is a very special, beautiful cat, and we love her.
