A
co-worker had told me that there was a cute little kitten that needed a
home, otherwise he would most likely be brought to a shelter. Kitty was
the last of his litter to be adopted because he was sick as a baby, had a
cold in his eye and had problems seeing. Since he would need extra care, I
was hesitant to take him in since I already had three cats and I did not
know how the other cats would react to bringing in a sick kitty. When I
went to see him, he looked so sad and I knew he would be so much better
off in a warm and loving home. Plus, one look at him and I could not resist!!!
Seven years later, he is a healthy and wonderful part of our family which
includes four other "brother" cats. He loves to take over the bed as if it
were his own. When my husband and I want to go to sleep, we have to ask
Kitty for permission to take over the bed at night! lol!!! Of course, the
loving baby that he is... he gives his mommy and daddy the bed - or he is
willing to share! lol!
