Once
Lennon came to live with us, our lives and our home were the better
for it. He is a sweet, innocent gentleman. I first met Lennon at the
animal shelter where I work. He and his litter mates were very sick, so
I took them home to nurse them back to health. I brought all of the
kittens back once they were better, and they all found happy homes. All
except for beautiful Lennon. After about a week, I looked into his sweet
eyes and asked "why hasn't anyone adopted you?" He promptly climbed onto
my shoulders, draped across them and rested there as I walked around. I
think this was his way of answering, "Because you are adopting me!!" I
took him home that day and he will never leave.
Lennon's pastimes include snuggling with the other cats in our home,
playing in the bathtub (as you can see), and posing for our cameras. He
also has a habit of biting your nose while you sleep! Lennon is not
allowed on the kitchen counter, so naturally he spends a lot of time
there. I could never begin to write of all his wonderful qualities, so I
will let his picture speak for itself!
