Miss
Minnie is a gorgeous domestic shorthair cat with huge grey spots,
one of which resembles Mickey Mouse ... Note she devotedly wears her
Mickey Mouse "ears". Miss Minnie is an intelligent feline who sits on
command and responds to her name. She happily lives indoors in
Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I adopted her from a pet shop after she kept on meowing at me and trying
to get my attention. Boy, did she! When I brought her home and showed her
off to my friends, one of my friends said that her friend just gave away
a litter of cats to the local pet shop and one of the cats looked just
like Minnie... there are not too many cats with spots that look like
Mickey Mouse. So when her friend came over the next day to see Minnie,
he was surprised to see the kitten he called Dolly (derived from
Dalmatian) happy at home at my place. That same day he gave the pet shop
the kittens was the same day I adopted my Minnie. It was meant to be.
Mischievous and extremely vocal and affectionate, Minnie responds to her
name and will sit on command. She loves to cuddle and sleep in the crook
of my neck or arm. Now a year old, she knows how to demand my attention.
When I step out of my home, and I am in range of her view, she will meow
out the window until I come back home. She loves to play with bubble
bath bubbles and watch golf. She never stops purring, even after she
comes home after getting her shots at the vet. Her love, attention, her
beautiful face and her hilarious personality are what make her special.
