ChukkiChazz
(Chukki) is a most exceptional master of this group of
humans! We all feel very privileged that he allows us to care for him
and live here in his home. Chukki came to us as a tiny kitten, barely seven or
eight weeks old, who was rescued from street traffic by a veterinarian. We
have been caring for him for almost two years now. Chukki's home is in the
country where he spends his days sleeping and evenings and nights
observing the deer, rabbits, cardinals, foxes, snakes and whatever else
makes its home in the woods surrounding Chukki's home. Chukki lets us
know when he is ready to eat his favorite meal of Tuna (in spring water,
foil pack!) by going to the pantry door and sitting in front of it. He
drinks his water from cups placed in various rooms around the house (no
bowls for this guy!). Chukki sleeps where he likes, eats what he wants
and manages his staff of human caretakers with a firm but gentle and loving paw.
