Kitty came to our home after living a hard life in an abandoned
trailer with 27 other cats. Soon after her arrival at our home, it was
discovered that she had a tumor the size of an egg in her liver.
Surgery and determination healed Kitty from her tumor and ever since she
has been a very happy cat. Two years later she is still tumor-free.
Kitty enjoys being brushed and playing with shadows. She also likes
long naps in the sun and following me around the apartment.
Occasionally, Kitty visits her Grammy in Connecticut where she gets
extra special attention and snacks. One thing that Kitty does not enjoy
is being chased by her new brother, "Tough Guy," another abandoned cat
found in Brooklyn.
