I
was a senior in college when I first saw this adorable little face. We
had gone to the animal shelter looking for a little girl kitty. As I
stood with my back to the little boys cage, I felt a tug at my jeans and
heard a little 'meow.' I held the little guy since he obviously was
trying so hard to get my attention and knew right away that we had to
take him home. Since then I have gotten two other boy kitties, Seth and
Booger.
Simon is quite a character. He definitely is king of the house and he's
not afraid to show it, except for when I vacuum... Simon's days are very
full of activity. He spends his days trying to devise a clever escape
plan from the house (sometimes he succeeds, but is quickly apprehended!)
and staring at his cockatiel sister, Sadie. He follows mum and dad from
room to room, rubbing against everything. He will "stretch" multiple
times in front of us while we are walking just so we'll bend down and
scratch him. At night Simon cuddles with his brothers...all three love to
sleep on the bed with us! He is such a wonderful cat and we love him so
much.
