Lacey
is my best friend. She knows when I am sad, happy, angry and
playful, and behaves accordingly. She can open closed doors by crossing
her paws over the knob and twisting it until it opens or on doors that
latch poorly, by putting her paws under the door and pulling it toward
her. She meows in a tone that sounds like my name. She growls instead of
hisses, stands on her hind legs to beg like a dog for food and comes
running when I whistle the tune from Lassie. She love icing on cakes and
will do anything for ice cream. Lacey is a very special friend and
companion.
